NTU LIS faculty and students were at IFLA World Library and Information Congress: 80th IFLA General Conference and Assembly in Lyon, France from August 16th-22nd, 2014. Dr. Hseuh-Hua Chen and two students, Pei-Ying Lu , attended the conference. With a group of Taiwanese information professionals, faculty, and students, and Pei-Ying had opportunities to explore Lyon Public Library and enjoyed being engaged in this wonderful academic experience.
