The Symposium on Knowledge Management (KM) and Knowledge Services (KS) was held by NTU LIS, NTU Library, and the Association for Information Science and Technology, Taipei Chapter (ASIS&T, Taipei Chapter). NTU LIS Department Director Dr. Sanju Lin Chang and NTU Library Associate Director Dr. Kuan-hua Chen started the symposium with introductory statements. Six scholars and information professionals were invited to share their experiences on KM and KS related topics.
