恭喜麗珉老師以論文「University Students’ Perspectives of Visual-based Cyberbully on Instagram」，獲得2023年Eugene Garfield傑出博士論文獎（The Eugene Garfield Doctoral Dissertation Competition）的殊榮。
該獎項將於10月份美國圖書資訊學教育學會（The Association for Library and Information Science Education, ALISE）2023年年會上頒發，麗珉老師將親自出席領獎。
